W e are offering our cabin as a mostly furnished seasonal rental, you can work from our cabin with easy access to all the winter recreation that Grand county offers. Conveniently located midway between Grand Lake and Granby - and just off 34, so easily accessible.  Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is about 500 ft down the road- great for ice fishing and snowmobiling.  Available starting appx 9/7/2022 through 5/18/2023. Note, we use the cabin over the summer, so not available for ongoing non-seasonal rental.
