W e are offering our cabin as a mostly furnished seasonal rental, you can work from our cabin with easy access to all the winter recreation that Grand county offers. Conveniently located midway between Grand Lake and Granby - and just off 34, so easily accessible.  Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is about 500 ft down the road- great for ice fishing and snowmobiling.  Available starting mid Sept 2023 through Mid June 2024. Note, we use the cabin over the summer, so not available for ongoing non-seasonal rental. Cabin has gas heat, wood burning fireplace, and excellent high speed internet.  Our 1957 cabin has lots of character and charm along with many updates to provide common conveniences.
