Fireplace updates

We love a wood burning fireplace - there is really nothing better than a crackling fireplace on a chilly evening. 

Our cabin has a very nice fireplace with a rock chimney up the outside of the cabin but 60 years of use had taken their toll. We updated the fireplace with new doors, cleaned and painted the vents, new trim and a greytone whitewash.

W e are offering our cabin as a mostly furnished seasonal rental, you can work from our cabin with easy access to all the winter recreation that Grand county offers. Conveniently located midway between Grand Lake and Granby - and just off 34, so easily accessible.  Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is about 500 ft down the road- great for ice fishing and snowmobiling.  Available starting mid Sept 2023 through Mid June 2024. Note, we use the cabin over the summer, so not available for ongoing non-seasonal rental.
