W e are offering our cabin as a mostly furnished rental, conveniently located midway between Grand Lake and Granby - and just off 34, so easily accessible. Available starting mid - late Aug 2024. Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is about 500 ft down the road- great for ice fishing and snowmobiling.  Cabin has gas heat (main) supplemented by electric heat, wood burning fireplace, and excellent high speed internet.  Our 1957 cabin has lots of character and charm along with many updates to provide common conveniences.
