Long Term Rental avail Fall 2024

We are offering our cabin as a mostly furnished rental, conveniently located midway between Grand Lake and Granby - and just off 34, so easily accessible. Available starting mid - late Aug 2024.

Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is about 500 ft down the road- great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. 

Cabin has gas heat (main) supplemented by electric heat, wood burning fireplace, and excellent high speed internet. 

Our 1957 cabin has lots of character and charm along with many updates to provide common conveniences. Hardwood floors in bedrooms and main living, beetle kill tung and groove and bead board on the walls, recently updated wood burning fireplace, and new appliances. 

There is a bonus sun porch that provides additional seating as well as a pass through bartop that is a great place to work or assemble a puzzle/play a game. 

Furnished to include master bedroom with king bed.  

Tenant to supply own linens (bedding/pillows and towels for cabin - all rooms). 

Second bedroom with king bed and sliding glass door that provides lots of light. 

Third bedroom with full over full bunk and twin daybed.

Dining area and family room are furnished. Kitchen will have most items needed to cook, but you can of course bring your own additions. 

Recently updated eat in kitchen with gas stove, convection microwave, full size fridge and dishwasher. Oversized washer and dryer provide convenience. 

Outbuilding houses snowblower that is tuned up and available for tenant use, as well as extra storage space (not heated). 

Tenant pays rent + actual utilities - including: gas (Xcel), electric (Mountain States), your choice of trash (currently the trash company), internet (Xfinity), sewer (Three Lakes). 

Well behaved dog will be considered with appropriate deposit/pet rent. 

Note - landlord does retain a closet and a cupboard for our personal storage during long term rental.

If we agree that we think a lease is likely, we do ask you to complete a background and credit check. (we do not charge an application fee unless we believe a lease is likely).

Available starting Fall 2024 through at least spring of 2026 and potentially longer.  (in past years we have used our cabin over the summer, but we will not able to enjoy grand county summer of 2025 and our plans are not yet set for summer of 2026 and beyond)
