Summer Rental 2021

We are offering up a few select weeks at our cabin near Lake Granby during Summer 2021. Select weeks available in June, July, August and September. 

Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Access to Lake Granby is about 500 ft down the road- great for fishing, paddleboarding, canoeing or just splashing in the water and playing in the sand. The cove that we have access to is fairly protected and gets gentle waves many afternoons, but is pretty calm in the morning and late afternoon.  While we do not have a dock, you can use the public access that is about a mile away and can get smaller boats or jet skis into the cove to tie off of the beach. 

Our 1957 cabin has lots of character and charm along with many updates to provide common conveniences. Hardwood floors in bedrooms and main living, beetle kill tung and groove and bead board on the walls, recently updated wood burning fireplace, and new appliances. 


Furnished to include master bedroom with king bed and 43” smart tv, 








Second bedroom with king bed and 32” tv, 








Third bedroom with full over full bunk and daybed. 







Recently updated eat in kitchen with gas stove, convection microwave, full size fridge and new dishwasher. Oversized washer and dryer provide convenience. Blu Ray DVD, and small movie and game library provide entertainment. 








Cabin has excellent high speed internet in case you need to check in with the office along with smart TVs to enable streaming. 


Outbuilding houses a couple of paddleboards that are available for guest use, as well as a utility wagon and cooler  to make the walk to the lake with your beverages and snacks easier.

We love a wood burning fireplace - there is really nothing better than a crackling fireplace on a chilly evening.  Our cabin has a very nice fireplace with a rock chimney up the outside of the cabin but 60 years of use had taken their toll. Today was 85 and we spent the day on the lake with just a few aspens turning on the hills, but we all know winter is coming.  We are offering our cabin as a seasonal rental, you can work and learn from our cabin with easy access to all the winter recreation that grand county offers. Conveniently located between grand lake and granby - and just off 34, so easily accessible.  Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. W e are offering our cabin as a mostly furnished seasonal rental, you can work from our cabin with easy access to all the winter recreation that Grand county offers. Conveniently located midway between Grand Lake and Granby - and just off 34, so easily accessible.  Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is about 500 ft down the road- great for ice fishing and snowmobiling.  Available starting mid Sept 2023 through Mid June 2024. Note, we use the cabin over the summer, so not available for ongoing non-seasonal rental.
