We are offering our cabin as a furnished seasonal rental, you can work and learn from our cabin with easy access to all the winter recreation that grand county offers. Conveniently located midway between grand lake and granby - and just off 34, so easily accessible. 


Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is about 500 ft down the road- great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. 


Available starting 10/1/21 through 5/20/22


Cabin has gas heat, wood burning fireplace, and excellent high speed internet along with smart TVs to enable streaming. 


Our 1957 cabin has lots of character and charm along with many updates to provide common conveniences. Hardwood floors in bedrooms and main living, beetle kill tung and groove and bead board on the walls, recently updated wood burning fireplace, and new appliances. 


Furnished to include master bedroom with king bed and 43” smart tv, second bedroom with king bed and 32” tv, third bedroom with full over full bunk and daybed. 


Recently updated eat in kitchen with gas stove, convection microwave, full size fridge and new dishwasher. Oversized washer and dryer provide convenience. Blu Ray dvd, wii and small movie and game library provide entertainment. 


Outbuilding houses snowblower that is available for use, as well as storage for any of your outdoor toys. 


Well behaved dog would be allowed with appropriate deposit.

We love a wood burning fireplace - there is really nothing better than a crackling fireplace on a chilly evening.  Our cabin has a very nice fireplace with a rock chimney up the outside of the cabin but 60 years of use had taken their toll. Lake access is about 500 ft down the road- great for ice fishing and snowmobiling.  Available starting mid Sept 2023 through Mid June 2024. Note, we use the cabin over the summer, so not available for ongoing non-seasonal rental.
